Eating Vegan at the American Airlines Center (New Options!)
The American Airlines Center (AAC for short) launched vegan items back in 2019 that were well received and received national attention when we worked with the Dallas Stars to host a "Vegan Night" celebrating the new options. Unfortunately, due to a variety of reasons brought on by the pandemic, concessions were scaled back and the vegan options were no longer.
Fast forward to today, and the previous menu items are back with three more amazing additions! The Vegan Burger and Vegan Brats are back, joined by vegan tacos with plant-based meat as well as incredible vegan nachos with a house-made vegan cheese sauce, plant-based meat, pico, and guacamole! And for those looking for a healthier WFPB option, there's a Power Bowl with spinach, quinoa, garbanzos, and veggies! Keep reading for more details:
Where can you find the vegan options?
All vegan options are in various concession areas on the first level of the concourse near certain sections (detailed below).
What food is available at the AAC?
The current menu includes:
Vegan Burger (inside the Gold Lion near Section 101): Hamburger bun, plant-based patty, lettuce, tomatoes, and house-made pickles.
Vegan Hot Dog (inside the Gold Lion near Section 101): Hot Dog Bun, Vegan Brat, and Spicy Mustard.
Vegan Nachos (El Taco Tex near Sections 105 and 117) Tortilla Chips, Vegan Cheese Sauce, Plant Base Meat, Pico de Gallo, and Guacamole.
